Cheffins’ low-key elegance and comfortable atmosphere provides the perfect backdrop for the seasonal menus created by Chef David Parrish and his team. The pub stocks an impressive range of local ales and as far as we’re aware, we boast the largest gin menu in Jersey! Sourcing the best quality, local produce and conjuring up just the right balance of a refined and relaxed restaurant experience is something for which Cheffins is renowned. Having started out in the village of St Aubin, David and his team undertook a mammoth move, buying and restoring Jersey’s oldest pub, The Foresters Arms at the bottom of Beaumont Hill. Tucked back on the corner, Cheffins sits between its original village roots and the main westerly coast road. Revived to its former glory, you cant miss Cheffins at Beaumont with its traditional thatched roof and stunning facade, but what’s most important is what you’ll find inside.
